The buyer is responsible for the information provided during the order execution process. The provider is not responsible for possible delivery errors due to an incorrect address.
After submitting the order, the buyer receives a contract (invoice) via e-mail. The contract (invoice) is stored in electronic form on the server and can be accessed by the customer at any time upon his request.
Delivery in Slovenia is carried out for us by DPD d.o.o. All shipments are insured, and if the shipment is damaged, we will only replace it with a new one or return your money.
In the case of orders placed before 10 a.m., the shipment is expected to be delivered the next working day. Postage is charged according to the DPD d.o.o. price list.
Shipments are delivered between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. The recipient is informed of the expected 1-hour delivery time.
In the case of sending a package with cash on delivery, the actual amount is paid, which you received when the order was confirmed by the online store www.wineart-lisjak.si.

The contractual partner for the delivery of shipments is DPD d.o.o., but the provider reserves the right to choose another delivery service if this will allow him to complete the order more efficiently.

The buyer has the right to notify the provider (at the contact e-mail address info@wineart-lisjak.si) within 14 days of receiving the goods that he withdraws from the contract without having to give a reason for his decision. The only cost charged to the buyer in connection with withdrawal from the contract is the cost of returning the goods. The goods must be returned to the seller no later than 30 days after the notification of withdrawal from the contract (purchase).
He must return the goods received undamaged and in the same quantity, unless the goods are destroyed, damaged, lost or their quantity has decreased through no fault of the consumer.
Refunds will be made as soon as possible, but no later than within 30 days of receiving the notice of withdrawal from the contract. The refund of the purchase price is transferred to the transaction (personal) account of the buyer, which he informs in the notification about the return of the goods.
The return of the received goods to the provider within the contract withdrawal period is considered a notice of withdrawal from the contract.

The sale of alcoholic beverages to minors is prohibited. Therefore, the buyer must be of legal age at the time of placing the order. Otherwise, the provider immediately withdraws from the contract.
