The steep terraces of the "Mlace" vineyard, bathed in the coastal sun and blown by the Vipava gale, are surrounded by pine trees, supported by the stone walls of the Soška front and surrounded by the Vipava river. The southern location and marly soil provide excellent conditions for great red wines.

Merlot wine matured in oak barriques for 24 months. It reflects the unique quality of the Vipava terraces, one of the best terroirs for red wines. It is characterized by an elegant aroma with hints of black currant, plum and pine needles. Harmonious taste, pleasant freshness and long aftertaste.

Recommended serving temperature: 15-18 °C.

Suitable with red meat, game, grilled meat and cheese.
